Why you should choose us
What we do
The Young Men’s Connection (YMC) 2.0 is a community initiative designed to support young African American and Latino gay and bisexual men aged 18-35. Our mission is to foster candid conversations and positive behavior changes to reduce alcohol/substance abuse and high-risk sexual behaviors. We provide culturally sound and evidence-based prevention services, promote HIV/STI testing, and offer non-judgmental support and additional wrap-around services to enhance overall health and wellness
Supporting Young Latino Men
Empowering African American Men

"Once haunted by HIV in South LA, I turned fear into fuel. Leading workshops, sharing stories, distributing condoms. I arm my community with knowledge and confidence. Together, we face down fears with facts. Tonight, we wrap it right."
Wrap It Right, Wrap it Tight.
SKIDROW

"In LA's heart, I once risked it all, no guards, no cares. A friend's struggle opened my eyes. Now, I champion safe sex—condoms in every pocket, protection in every act. It's love, it's respect. I choose to live proud and love safe."
Wrap It Right, Wrap it Tight.
